Hyperlex announces a distribution partnership with HelloSign, Dropbox's electronic signature solution, to complement the contract lifecycle processing offered to its customers, as it launches in 21 additional languages.

 

With the Covid-19 crisis, many legal departments have urgently converted to electronic signatures. Hyperlex is now integrating the Hellosign e-signature solution into its contract management software to offer it to large and medium-sized businesses. Thanks to this partnership, Hyperlex users will be able to sign their contracts via HelloSign, through a seamless integration: the user can launch an EIDAS-certified electronic signature process in complete security directly in Hyperlex. The counterparty is notified by email and can access the contract to be signed in HelloSign with one click. Once signed, the document is automatically saved in Hyperlex as "signed" and a follow-up will be automatically set up so that the deadlines are not missed. No data entry is required: all important contract information is updated directly in Hyperlex to ensure optimal monitoring of the agreement's execution.

HelloSign offers an electronic signature platform that can replace paper and pen with a simple and secure online solution. The most important contracts can then be concluded much faster and more securely. Workflows between employees, suppliers, customers and partners are accelerated and simplified, no matter where they are located. HelloSign addresses all business use cases and integrates with existing business processes through integrations with Salesforce, Slack, Dropbox and other platforms, as well as through unique features such as white label integration.
